Harvia Fenix FX30 is a sauna control unit with a Harvia Fenix 4.3” touch screen control panel with support for remote control via MyHarvia. The Fenix provides a modern and intelligent user interface to control the sauna heater up to 7 kW with 240 V or up to 10.5 kW with 208 V and other supported functions such as fan and lighting. The glass screen control panel can be surface mounted or embedded and installed inside the sauna room or bathroom or even in your living room. From the control panel you can see when the sauna is ready and the UX has the same look as the MyHarvia 2 app.

Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories, but orders will incur a shipping charge.

We can ship to PO boxes for items 10 lbs or less. We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

Items that require freight shipping such as saunas are only available to ship to the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Exceptions may be made if you contact us. We must have a phone number on file for freight shipping so an appointment can be made. Sauna products do not ship from our warehouse, depending on the product and brand, shipping charges may apply.

*WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. PLEASE FIRST REACH OUT TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR A WARRANTY EXCHANGE BEFORE RETURNING.*

*WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. IF THE ITEM IS INSTALLED AND DEFECTIVE, PLEASE SEEK WARRANTY WORK FROM THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY.*

To return your product, prior authorization must be requested. After your request has been approved, detailed instructions will be sent to you on returning the product including the return address.

Shipping costs for returning your item is covered by the entity responsible for the return. If you return an item using our pre-paid return label, and the reason for return isn't a result of Art of Steam's error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a possible 15% restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase (when tracking said the item was delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unused. If the item has a seal on the box, the seal must not be broken, otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

To complete your return, authorization must be requested via email (support@wellnesspathstudio.com).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items returned without the original packaging or with the original packaging tampered with (seals broken) is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. If you decide you no longer want the defective product, please first submit a warranty claim. Once you received the replacement item from the manufacturer, we can then process a return.
