Harvia Xenio CX170-U3/U1-15-XW is a control unit with a touch control panel, with Wi-Fi connectivity. The stylishly small yet clear touch control panel is easy to install where you want it: in the sauna, the shower room, the dressing room, or even the living room. The Xenio CX170-U3/U1-15-XW includes a contactor box.

To return your product, prior authorization must be requested. After your request has been approved, detailed instructions will be sent to you on returning the product including the return address.

Shipping costs for returning your item is covered by the entity responsible for the return. If you return an item using our pre-paid return label, and the reason for return isn't a result of Art of Steam's error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a possible 15% restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase (when tracking said the item was delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unused. If the item has a seal on the box, the seal must not be broken, otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

To complete your return, authorization must be requested via email support@wellnesspathstudio.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items returned without the original packaging or with the original packaging tampered with (seals broken) is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. If you decide you no longer want the defective product, please first submit a warranty claim. Once you received the replacement item from the manufacturer, we can then process a return.
